Boundaries & self-worth
You were trained to say yes.
Six weeks of untraining it, starting with why the advice you've already read was never going to work.
- 6 modules
- 6 audio lessons
- 44-page workbook
Seven days to change your mind, no questions asked. You keep anything you have already downloaded.

Someone asks you for something, and you hear yourself say yes. Not decide to. Hear yourself, in a warm and convincing voice, while a quieter part of you is already working out how to get out of it.
Then you spend four days doing the arithmetic. What it's going to cost. Whether there's a way out that doesn't make you a bad person. There usually isn't, so you do it, and you're lovely about it, and something in you keeps score.
And at some point you lost it over a dishwasher, and it was not about the dishwasher.

What it’s been costing
The bill for this is quiet and it compounds. A week of resentment for a Tuesday you never wanted. Friendships where you remember every birthday and your own crises get a "sorry, been so busy." A job that grew without the title following it. None of it is a catastrophe. That's exactly why it's gone on this long.
You've read that no is a complete sentence. You may have rehearsed one in the car. And then the moment came and the yes arrived before your opinion had finished forming. That isn't weak will, and the advice isn't wrong so much as aimed at the wrong thing.
Why the advice didn't hold, and what comes first here
Almost everything written about boundaries starts at the sentence. Here's what to say, here's how to say it kindly. And the scripts are usually fine. They fail because they're handed to a woman whose worth is still staked on being approved of, and to her a no isn't a sentence. It's a withdrawal.
So the order is the method. Three modules of seeing come before a single script. Where the yes was trained into you, what your resentment is pointing at, and what your worth is staked on.
Only then the words. And then the two things nobody warns you about: the guilt that arrives about ninety minutes later, and pushback that often gets louder before it eases.
The published psychology behind these six modules
Researchers, not testimonials. Each name links to a plain-English summary of what they actually found, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
What it draws on
The work draws on research rather than affirmations. Hewitt and Flett on the perfectionism girls are trained into. Crocker on worth staked to approval. Cloud and Townsend on why a boundary says what you'll do, while a rule tries to control what someone else does. And Gollwitzer on why a plan written as "when this happens, I'll do that" roughly doubles the odds you follow through.
What you get
- 01The Training Was RealWhere it came from, and which of the four patterns you were trained into.

What happens when you press the button
- Pay once, at checkoutIt asks for your email, and that's the address your account lives under. Nothing ships. It unlocks the moment you pay.
- Your account opensNew here? We email you a link to set a password. All six modules are open from the first day, nothing held back.
- Module 1 comes to youOne email per module, a week apart, so the program arrives instead of waiting for you to remember it.
Six weeks at one module a week is the rhythm the emails follow. Nothing expires, nothing locks, and every module stands on its own — it's built to be picked up after a gap rather than to punish one.
When this isn't the right thing
If you're afraid of someone at home
A boundary with someone you're frightened of is a safety matter, not a communication upgrade, and better wording can make it less safe rather than more. Safety planning is specialist work and it's free. The National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788, any hour, confidential. Please don't buy a workbook for this.
If most days are hard right now
If you're not functioning, that deserves a therapist rather than a program. The same goes if the flatness has been sitting on you for weeks and doesn't lift when things go well. In the US you can call or text 988 at any hour. Coaching works well alongside that. It's a poor substitute for it.
If you want someone else to change
This teaches you to state what you'll do. It does not contain a way to make another adult behave differently, and anything that claims to is selling you something.
If you want to win the argument
The scripts here are built to end conversations warmly, not to prevail in them. If what you want is the devastating line, this will be a disappointment.
Honest answers
Will this make me cold?
That isn't what it teaches. The whole program is built on the opposite: warm and unmovable at the same time. The last module is about a fence with a gate in it rather than a wall, because fewer people was never the aim.
What happens in the first week?
Module 1 arrives by email. You work out which of the four patterns you were trained into, and you answer the twelve statements you'll come back to at the end. The audio lesson runs eight to twelve minutes, and the module ends with one small action.
How long does it actually take?
About six weeks if you follow the emails, and roughly an hour a week. It's self-paced and permanent, so slower is genuinely fine. The exercises are the part that matters, and each module ends with one action deliberately smaller than your resistance to it.
Do I need to have taken the Life Portrait?
No. It helps: the report tells you which of the four patterns you were trained into, and which module to slow down in. But module 1 works that out on its own.
Is this therapy?
No, and it doesn't substitute for it. This is coaching — structured practice on a specific skill, for women who are functioning and want something to change. Doing both at once is a good plan, especially if looking at where the training came from stirs up more than you expected.
Is this fake-it-till-you-make-it, or new age?
No. There are no affirmations and no wishful thinking. The method comes from published psychology: Crocker on worth staked to approval, Hewitt and Flett on perfectionism, and Cloud and Townsend on boundaries versus rules. Their names further up this page link to a plain summary of what each one found, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
Is the audio AI?
The voice is, and we'd rather tell you than let you find out in module 2. We write every script by hand, word for word. The voice reading them is generated by ElevenLabs, built to a brief for this brand rather than picked off a shelf. Two honest reasons for it. All six lessons sound like one person, start to finish. And a line that turns out to be wrong gets fixed the same afternoon, instead of waiting on a recording session. The words are ours and so is the thinking behind them. The reading is not.
Is there any way to tell if it's working?
Yes, and it's built in. You answer twelve statements in module 1, then the same twelve at the end. The comparison is yours — scored on your device, and nothing leaves it unless you send it. Most of what changes here is gradual enough to miss from the inside, and that's the kind of change that's easiest to talk yourself out of. A number you wrote down six weeks before you read the result is harder to argue with. It's called The Proof, and it's included.
I've tried things like this and not finished them.
Most people don't finish online programs, so that's ordinary rather than a character flaw. This is built around it. Module 5 is deliberately the lightest, because week five is where people stop. There's a catch-up email if you fall behind. And the workbook says in its front matter that missed weeks are part of the design.
What if it isn't for me?
Seven days, no questions asked, no form to fill out. Email us and it's refunded.
Seven days, no questions
If it isn't what you needed, email us within seven days and we'll refund it. You don't have to explain, and you keep the files. We'd rather have the refund than your resentment — which, given the subject, would be a strange thing to sell you.
